FEATURES
Dispensing Function With Film Remover
SMC sheet will be removed from box through the mechanically operated rollers to the pre-determined cutting point. Through out the process, the SMC stretch film can be automatically peeled with the selection of single side or double sides. Additional option without peeling of stretch film also can be chosen.
Film Winder
The Machine equipped with 2 sets of film winder that collecting the peeled stretch film from SMC sheet makes tidier working environment. Film can be easily removed from winder for disposing.
Longitudinal Cutting Set
We also name it as transversely cutting that cut into vertical section. The machine comes with 3 sets of blades with adjustable width. Each cutting will provide 4 equally cut vertical section.
Latitudinal Cutting Set
Most common cut section use in SMC preparation. Length of Horizontal cut can be pre-set by machine. Cutting dimension will be programmed and control by PLC system.
Durable Tool Steel Cutting Blades
Cutting blades for both longitudinal and latitudinal sets are use of Tool Steel grade with better hardenability, wear resistance, toughness and have durable characteristics in cutting process.
Post Cutting Conveyer
Cut SMC will be conveyed to Charging and Weighing process. The machine is fix with the conveying belt operated by rollers.
Other
Maximum working width of cutting is up to 1300mm in width. The rolling speed removing SMC from container and peeling of stretch film is approximately 10m/min (About 5-6sec. /m). Cutter for both direction are using Servo motor makes stability in working condition. All setting can be set on the touch screen comes with PLC control system and working parameter will be displayed. Machine has been designed with minimum maintenance, regular upkeep apply on greasing on moving parts and replacing of blunt blades.
